The hotel really knew how to impress a guest with clean, super comfy rooms when I stepped in, but they were a bit small. The staff was most helpful, sympathetical, and nice, making the service professional and welcoming. The location was spot on for visiting attractions either in downtown Brooklyn or Uptown Manhattan, although a bit congested. The dining was excellent, with a variety of high-quality options until 10 am, exceeding my expectations. However, some unhealthy foods were available. The hotel offered great facilities.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and new, with a super comfortable bed, but I did notice some construction noise nearby. The service was outstanding, going out of their way to meet every need, like fetching missing fruits or specialty items.
